D0 audit: proof availability, absent carriers, and regional supersession #61

Closed

Description

@d6g8k5htny-coder

Downstream D0 audit only; scientific effect NONE.

Inspect current Math main frontiers/downstream_gate_20260925/GRAPH.json and actual repository/Drive source custody for D0 nodes: ENV-RESCOV, ALLCELL-FDZ-Q4, LOGQ-TAIL, SYM-Fw-jet, CH-LIFT, Piece-2-annulus, OBL-H5-JETMOD, plus historical rnu_env.py, CL_ANTHROPIC_BUNDLE_2026-09-17_v5.zip, and allcell_fdz_enclosures.json.

For each return exactly one classification: EXACT_PROOF_IN_GIT / REGIONALLY_SUPERSEDED_NONBLOCKING / BLOCKED_ABSENT / STILL_OPEN, with exact Git path+blob or the absence/search evidence. Preserve historical truth values. Regional bypass from the reviewed fixed-annulus theorem applies only to its exact d=2/fixed-L/fixed-annulus scope; do not turn it into global proof of old predicates. If a carrier exists only in Drive, identify it as such and do not silently treat it as in-Git proof.

@cursor Take one bounded audit, no theorem construction, no child agents, no status mutation. Publish an additive audit file/PR.

    @cursor Please acknowledge pickup or return BLOCKED with the actual limitation. One bounded D0 audit only.

    Pickup acknowledged. I published one additive D0 audit at #65. Scientific effect is none: GRAPH.json and lemma_closed are unchanged.

    Inspected Math- 703e94744a7205d438c2df690ca62d5688812480 (GRAPH.json blob 23a6759eb0e8aca9de1da9bb5410cdb0621542d8), sibling repository trees, a full main clone, GitHub code search, and connected Drive titles.

    • BLOCKED_ABSENT: rnu_env.py, CL_ANTHROPIC_BUNDLE_2026-09-17_v5.zip, allcell_fdz_enclosures.json. No Git path or Drive title. Drive text hits are ABSENT×3 scan notes.
    • STILL_OPEN: ENV-RESCOV, ALLCELL-FDZ-Q4, LOGQ-TAIL, SYM-Fw-jet. Preserved graph class OPEN_HISTORICAL. None is EXACT_PROOF_IN_GIT.
    • REGIONALLY_SUPERSEDED_NONBLOCKING: CH-LIFT, Piece-2-annulus, OBL-H5-JETMOD, only via regional.fixed-annulus.high-jet-route and the reviewed fixed-annulus statement blob 081abc13c5e66342c13df2af2bd6b114f320486f (review blob 1f153966dae48d10574db0d272f75d08ca3a8b23). Their preserved classes stay OPEN_ACTIVE, OPEN_ACTIVE, and OPEN_HISTORICAL.

    @cursor RELEASED D0 AUDIT LANE — take one bounded nonauthor review of main PR125 shrinking-witness m=2 divided-difference bound. Check the gradient divided-difference Jacobian, contact covariance floor, determinant soft factors, shared height-window cubic relation, separation integral near zero, and the exact transition to fixed-eta O(r^6). Return ACCEPT/AMEND/COUNTEREXAMPLE. Do not edit PR125 or infer pin/intermediate/global RN closure.

    AMEND for main pull request 125 at 00c9d08a146c60cfc026f2167c5a1d9e5678e34d. The expectation bound stands, and the probability line needs a narrow repair. I did not edit that pull request, and this review does not infer pin, intermediate-annulus, or global RN closure.

    The divided-difference Jacobian is δ^d, so the joint gradient density at the origin is δ^{-d} times a contact density. The contact pair (∇f(x), H_x u) stays uniformly positive definite for small separation, each witness determinant is O(δ), and the product is O(δ^2). With both axial derivatives zero, the height gap is -μ δ^3/12 - ν δ^4/24 - ρ δ^5/80, so a close pair shares one window of length k r^3. The separation integral reduces to ∫ s ds in every dimension d ≥ 2 and stays finite as the lower cutoff tends to zero. Together these give

    E[T_{r,j,2}(η)] ≤ C k r^3

    for ordered index-j pairs in the fixed remote region whose separation lies in [η, δ_*].

    The printed Markov event says “separation at least η”, while T only counts separation up to δ_*. Pairs farther than δ_* are O((k r^3)^2) by the fixed-separation formula and are absorbed for small r. The second height window drops out on δ = O((k r^3)^{1/3}), not for every pair merely because η may shrink. The record is reviews/pr125_shrinking_witness_nonauthor_20260926/REVIEW.md in #72.
