The app's layout is reworked to put the conversation in the middle. It takes inspiration from a bot-centric chat app, and keeps Mimir's own look: serif headings, the creature faces and their moods, the sliding sidebar highlight, and the light theme.

Sidebar

• Bots, then Chats.
• Search (⌘K) and new bot are at the top.
• Needs you (with its count), Meetings, Computer and Settings are in the footer.

Chat

• The toolbar and its tabs are gone. A floating pill shows the bot's face and name, and a click opens the bot's page.
• Memory, Skills, Routines, Activity and chat search are icons in the corner.
• Bot replies are bubbles, with one face and name per run of replies.
• Your messages are tinted with the bot's colour. A tint rather than a solid colour, so text stays readable on yellow or orange bots.
• A centred time appears on a new day or after an hour's gap.
• The composer is a pill with attach (+) and hold-to-talk (desktop) buttons, and the send button is in the bot's colour. The "Return to send" hint is gone.

Over the chat

• Settings, Needs you, Memory/Skills/Routines/Activity, Meetings, Computer and each bot's page open as sheets over the dimmed chat. Esc, × or a click beside the sheet closes it.
• The sidebar stays live while a sheet is open.
• The four chat sections share one sheet, with tabs to switch between them.
• Settings gets a category nav that follows your scroll. Its search works as before.
• ⌘K jumps to a bot, a chat or a place.
• On a phone, sheets fill the screen. The tab bar stays.

Checks

• scripts/ui-flows.mjs updated for the new chrome. It passes every check, with no page errors.
• tsc is clean.
• oxlint: one warning fewer than master, and no new ones.
• Screenshots taken in dark, light and phone sizes.

Not yet checked inside the Tauri desktop shell: the Mac traffic lights next to the sidebar's top buttons, and dragging the window by the chat header.
