The export command lacks the "pusimple.pre" file at the end of the path. I ran into it while installing the same.
CHANGE :

$ export PUGOFER=/home/[yourname]/gofer
to
#+BEGIN_SRC shell
$ export PUGOFER=/home/[yourname]/gofer/pusimple.pre
