The change is narrowly scoped to the two OpenSSL crate lockfile entries. I checked the published crate checksums and upstream source for OpenSSL 4 support; the selected versions also fit the workspace MSRV.

One distinction worth noting: this enables using externally supplied OpenSSL 4, while the unchanged vendored dependency still supplies OpenSSL 3.5.4.

Validation was source/dependency review only. No project builds or tests were run, and no GitHub checks were reported, so end-to-end compatibility of the complete native dependency stack with system OpenSSL 4 remains unverified.
