New SVGs: value-dial (the two-dials config model), review-pipeline (replaces the mermaid block), and demo-run (the real 2.0 dogfood review: 4 finders, 5 raw findings, 15 skeptic votes, 5 confirmed and fixed). Social preview regenerated at 1280x640 with 2.0 framing; the stale 1.0 demo screenshot is removed. Confirmed by three-lens skeptic panels over one fully verified finder round (later rounds were cut off by a usage limit — bounded hunt, said so in the changelog): - installers: deleting .claude/settings.json is a real opt-out now — no re-creation on --update or plain re-runs (first-install-only, keyed on the VERSION stamp; CI asserts it on both platforms) - exhaust: crash guards for malformed findings and lost panels, failed finder rounds no longer count as dry, dedup-hint truncation announced, panel is votes-sized so fleet max really means 5 skeptics - review: votes clamped >= 1 (zero skeptics used to verify everything) - migrate: pilot gate fails closed on incomplete pilot results - design: all-judges-failed now errors instead of crowning approach 0 - docs: ship gate ordering corrected; config template completed Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01XWSx33Mi2bXpR6w75r3SY2
