Ships @convex-dev/chef-deploy, a standalone Node CLI that builds the
project, zips dist/, and uploads to /api/deploy-simple — the same
server path the in-browser Deploy button uses. Reads CONVEX_DEPLOY_KEY
and CONVEX_DEPLOYMENT from the project's existing .env.local, so a
freshly downloaded zip requires no extra setup.

Template now ships with a `chef-deploy` npm script, and downloadZip
injects the same script into existing projects' package.json at
download time, so `npm run chef-deploy` works in both new and existing
chats without regenerating the template snapshot.

Adds chef-deploy's dependencies (commander, dotenv, jszip) to the
root pnpm-lock.yaml so `pnpm install --frozen-lockfile` in CI picks
up the new workspace package. Bumps the published version to match
the alpha tag on npm.
