Rename syllable plugin to syllable-plugin - #119

The `syllable` id clashes with Syllable's own package, so the plugin is regenerated with `apimatic plugin generate` under the id `syllable-plugin` and registered under that name in both marketplaces. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
