Store all text files with LF line endings - #117

42 skill files were committed with CRLF line endings while the rest of the repo uses LF. Add a .gitattributes that stores text as LF and renormalize those files; their content is unchanged apart from line endings. Bump the patch version of the 13 plugins that own them, as the version check needs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The mix makes the plugin regenerator's line-ending check stop when a CRLF file is replaced, as happened with #116..gitattributeswith* text=auto eol=lf, so text files are stored with LF on every platform from now on.git add --renormalize .).
