fix: revert camelcase to v6 and require manual merge for major bumps [AIS-690] - #3355

camelcase v7+ is ESM-only, so require('camelcase') no longer returns a
function and the migration generator tests fail. Restore ^6.0.0, pin it in
the Renovate config, and stop Renovate from auto-merging major updates.
