Skills installed on one Mac currently drift from the others. This adds a per-user LaunchAgent that follows remote main every five minutes, with manual sync and status commands.

A pinned Skills CLI installs each skill using its frontmatter targets. Preflight validates the complete collection in temporary homes; recorded ownership lets sync handle renames, deletions, and target changes without removing unrelated skills. Installation results and logs publish privately to Wovn, with retry on upload failure and no heartbeat traffic.

Validation: 19 passing tests using real CLI installs in isolated homes, including a launcher test against a local Git remote; typecheck and formatting pass. All 14 repository skills passed preflight, and macOS plutil accepted the LaunchAgent. CI runs checks on macOS and Linux. Browser QA does not apply. No live machine setup or service registration was performed.

After merge, provision the Wovn credential on each Mac and run the setup command documented in README. Partial installation failures are reported and retried; there is no cross-directory atomic rollback.

Implemented by GPT-6 using the Codex harness.

Superseded by #44, which ships skills to every tailnet machine with pnpm ship:fleet (push over Tailscale SSH). The push-over-LaunchAgent decision is recorded in docs/adr/0001-push-based-ship-over-tailscale-ssh.md.
