Updated to default to UNIT16_MAX instead of UNIT8_MAX to accommodate map size of bag files stored in repo.
Now able to pass in specific bounding values to get_obstacle_bounding_box() method. This allows for more precise control of where the bounding box is checked, allowing for faster compute times then having to check up to the UNIT16_MAX every time get_obstacle_bounding_box() is called.
