feat(dictation): Shift+F9 opens a history of everything dictated - #24

A dictation that went wrong or was left behind on another thread was gone. The newest 10,000 now stay in this client's IndexedDB, saved before the composer takes the text. Shift+F9 or the arrow beside the mic lists them by day: Enter inserts one, a click shows it in full, and entries can be copied or deleted. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The newest 10,000 dictations now stay in this client's IndexedDB, saved before the composer takes the text. Shift+F9 or the arrow beside the mic opens them, grouped by day and loaded 100 at a time. Enter inserts an entry, a click shows it in full, and entries can be copied or deleted. Esc closes the history without dropping a running recording.
Checked in a real web client with 10,000 seeded entries (5.4 MB of IndexedDB). Not run with a real microphone or in the desktop app.
