Auto-registered screens, base info screens (About/Licenses/Policies + Settings v2), and GitHub Packages registry config

Three workstreams completed and validated in the v1.8.0 working tree (uncommitted — commit/push pending user authorization).

1. Screen auto-registration (zero navigation wiring)

\scripts/generate-navigation.js\ scans \src/screens/**/*Screen.tsx\ and writes the generated \src/navigation/screens.generated.tsx, consumed by \AppNavigation.tsx.
Route = filename minus \Screen; header title = camelCase split into words.
pm run nav:sync\ + \prestart/\preandroid/\preios/\preweb\ hooks; the CLI runs the generator after weaving features.
Opt-outs: // @nav-ignore\ comment or root
avigation.config.json\ (\ignore, \ itles). \SplashScreen/\AuthScreen\ ignored by default.

\src/screens/pages/AboutScreen.tsx, \LicensesScreen.tsx, \PoliciesScreen.tsx\ now ship with the base template — every scaffolded app includes them (industry-standard requirement).
\SettingsScreen\ rebuilt (v2.0.0): app name/version via \expo-application, Information links to the three auto-registered routes, Clear app data with destructive-action confirmation.
@coderooz/feature-pages\ slimmed to app-identity env vars only (\EXPO_PUBLIC_APP_NAME/\EXPO_PUBLIC_APP_VERSION) — no duplicated screens to maintain.
Contact emails unified to \contact@coderooz.in.

Root .npmrc: @coderooz:registry=https://npm.pkg.github.com\ (token-free, committed).
\publishConfig.registry\ added to all 16 scoped packages; bundle regenerated (13/13).
New .github/workflows/publish-packages.yml: publishes \core\ -> \create-app\ -> \cli\ with \GITHUB_TOKEN\ (\packages: write); no --provenance\ (unsupported on GH Packages).
Unscoped \expo-template-coderooz\ stays on npmjs.org (
elease.yml/\publish-manual.yml\ unchanged). Tokens documented for user-level ~/.npmrc\ only.

Root: lint 0, typecheck 0, tests 115/115, \�uild:all\ 0 (13/13 features valid).
Showcase: \ sc --noEmit\ 0 (4 screens hand-synced).
Bare-scaffold deployment test (\scaffold-base1, no features): post-install nav sync registered 5 routes, all 7 screens shipped, \ sc --noEmit\ 0; dynamic test (temp \FooScreen.tsx) registers/reverts correctly.
