Adds Ruby 4.0 (current stable release) to the test matrix, and bumps the coverage, danger, and rubocop workflows to run on Ruby 4.0.
Verified locally with Ruby 4.0.6: full test suite (
rake test spinach) andrubocopboth pass with no failures/offenses.
