Description:
Turns off CodeRabbit's automatic reviews completely. Each review is now requested with
@coderabbitai full reviewwhen a PR is ready. Why: CodeRabbit's limits are per developer identity, and every agent pushes as codeGlaze, so all of them share one allowance, now down to the slowest band of the Advanced plan, one review an hour (docs.coderabbit.ai/management/rate-limits). There is no paid overage.
integrationalready stopped re-reviewing on every push (auto_incremental_review: false), but it still reviews every PR intointegrationordevelopwhen it opens, including ones nobody needs reviewed. With the allowance this small, every review should be a choice.Confirmed on this PR: CodeRabbit read the file from this branch and posted "Review skipped: Auto reviews are disabled".
Note: CodeRabbit reads this file from the PR's own branch. Branches made before this lands keep the older setting until they merge
integrationin. The open PRs on such branches (#63, #66, #69, #70) are paused with@coderabbitai pause. No changelog line: this is tooling, not something a user or maintainer of the app sees. No CodeRabbit review requested on this PR: it is a config change.
Related issue (if applicable): none
