Adding karrgov approver

Krasimir is part of development team responsible for MultiApps and he is engaged into daily development, support and operations.

We will require two approvals (thumps up, +1 comment,...) from the @cloudfoundry/wg-app-runtime-interfaces-multiapps-approvers because we have definitely more than four approvers in the area.

Thanks for your interest to join the CF community and contribute to MultiApps.

In order to become an approver you need to fulfil some requirements like being a reviewer for 3 months and 20 contributions to the area.

I suggest that you start as a reviewer.

That said, we have also promoted new community members to approvers on a fast track If there are reasons like a nearly orphaned area or existing approvers are about to leave. You can provide such reasons in this ticket or join the next ARI WG Meeting on 23rd June (see Cloud Foundry Community Calendar)

Since MultiApps is a rather isolated area that e.g. won't interfere with cf-deployment, I don't see problems with a fast-track promotion.
