Summary
Documents the Workers module registry introduced in #32550 and coordinates the related Node.js, Wrangler, Vite, WebAssembly, Dynamic Workers, upload, testing, observability, and compatibility-flag guidance.
The update adds the canonical module registry reference and changelog, corrects legacy-registry behavior that was previously presented as universal, explains build-time versus runtime module boundaries, and applies an ELI5 clarity review across the complete branch diff.
