CIESIN Vector Basemap Attribution

The GRID3 NGA - Settlement Blocks v4.0 dataset consists of settlement block polygons with building count, block area, building density, settlement classification, and related attributes for Nigeria (NGA).

GRID3 NGA - Settlement Extents v3.0

The GRID3 NGA - Settlement Extents v3.0 consists of a geographic representation of settlements in the Nigeria, in two forms: 1) settlement polygons, and 2) spatial points depicting the centroids of settled grid cells at 3-arc seconds (or ~100 meters) contained within settlement polygons. Both layers include attributes as described in the codebooks. Data inputs and methodology to derive the 2 layers is described in this document.

GRID3 NGA - Operational Wards v2.0

The GRID3 NGA - Settlement Extents v4.0 dataset consists of a geographic representation of settlements in Nigeria. Settlement extents are further delineated into settlement blocks nested within urban and small settlement areas, generated from integrated road, railway, river, settlement extent, building footprint, and remote-sensing inputs. Each block is enriched with morphological, environmental and building metrics.

The GRID3 COD - Health Facilities v8.0 dataset consists of health facility points with name, location, health zone, and health area, among other attributes, for all the twenty-six provinces in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (COD).

This operational dataset has not been fully validated by government officials or ministries.

The GRID3 COD - Health Areas v8.0 dataset consists of health area polygons with health area name, health zone, and province attributes for all twenty-six provinces in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (COD). The dataset covers 517 health zones across 26 provinces.
