fix: release 6.4.10 sidebar navigation improvements

Summary

The exit icon in the Watch party header looked like a sidebar collapse control and could disconnect viewers accidentally. Both sidebar headers now use the same labeled X Close button, which only hides its sidebar. Leave room is a separate labeled action at the bottom of the navigation sidebar, with explanatory text and room-only visibility.

Prepare 6.4.10 and update compatible dependencies to clear the release security gate.

Verification

• Build and lint passed.
• Node suite passed; 50 frontend test files / 551 tests passed.
• Four focused regression cases verify sidebar close does not disconnect, explicit room exit does, and exit is hidden outside a room.
• Desktop and 390px phone-width local UI fixture inspected; both close controls exercised.
• npm audit: zero vulnerabilities.
• Live Plex playback and physical device behavior were not tested in this change.
