A fork of Kong's open-source Insomnia (Apache 2.0). I built working prototypes of the greenfield product bets instead of writing PRDs: (agent-friendly CLI, MCP client, Kong Gateway integration). The team and execs aligned on the new strategy in 3 weeks.
