Adopt linecheck for per-file line-count enforcement - #62
Merged

Conversation
Adds linecheck.yml (warn 200 / error 2000 for **/*.rs — error threshold kept high since existing files like storage.rs already exceed a standard 400-line default) and a linecheck CI job matching the existing fmt/clippy/test job style. Closes #61

Closes #61
Adds linecheck to this repo.
linecheck.yml: rule for**/*.rs— warn at 200 lines, error at 2000. Error threshold starts high because several existing files (src/storage.rs1370,src/config.rs475,src/frontmatter.rs454,src/reconcile.rs363) already exceed the tool's standard 400-line default; erroring at 400 would fail CI immediately on pre-existing code. Warn still surfaces those files so they get addressed over time..github/workflows/ci.yml: newlinecheckjob (installs viacargo install linecheck, runslinecheck .), matching the style of the existing fmt/clippy/test/build jobs.Verified locally:
linecheck .exits 0 (warnings only, no errors) against currentmain.
