Closes the last common panic-causing macro not yet covered by the existing no-panic lint family (unwrap_used, expect_used, panic, unreachable, indexing_slicing, string_slice).

clippy::todoasdenyinlib/Cargo.toml, alongside the existing no-panic restriction lints (unwrap_used,expect_used,panic,unreachable,indexing_slicing,string_slice).Why
