Changes

• The overview and the Compare guide link Library tasks to workflows/library.md#local-inference-tasks; the #classification-and-music-tasks heading no longer exists.
• test_page_links_reach_existing_pages_and_headings checks that every relative page link in the docs source reaches an existing page and heading anchor.
• CHANGELOG: one Fixed entry under Unreleased.

Verification

• The new test fails on main with the two broken links and passes with the fix; make docs-test runs 15 tests OK.
• make test passes; make docs-build and make docs-verify build and verify the docs.
• The v0.7.0 docs artifact fails cavi-home's static export on these two fragments.
