Changes

• CHANGELOG: [0.7.0] - 2026-10-22 covers the pull requests merged since v0.6.0 (fix: default image tasks and scan retries #317–feat: try prompts on running endpoints #333) and the engine update: Added, Changed and Fixed, one line per topic, sorted by area.
• Version 0.7.0 in mlx_workbench/__init__.py, the Swift MARKETING_VERSION and the release-docs test constants (make version-bump V=0.7.0).
• vendor/mlx-agent moves from 0.9.0 to the v0.10.0 tag, whose backend locks pin opentelemetry-api 1.45.1.
• RecordArchive instances on one file share a lock, so concurrent first opens migrate the archive once.

Verification

• make test and make docs-test pass; make docs-build and make docs-verify build and verify the v0.7.0 docs.
• pip-audit passes for requirements.txt, the engine lab requirements and all six backend locks of mlx-agent 0.10.0.
• Hosted unit suite with mlx-agent 0.10.0: 2030 tests, 0 failures, 50 skipped.
• testStoresOpeningOneNewArchiveTogetherMigrateItOnce fails without the shared lock (database schema has changed) and passes with it; it and testConcurrentUpsertsFromTwoStoresPreserveBothRecords pass 500 iterations each.
