Add the NWB and DANDI sharing guide for newly funded labs

This adds a guide aimed at PIs with new NIH awards who will be generating neurophysiology data: what the DMS policy expects, what NWB is, converting with NeuroConv, checking files with NWB Inspector and Neurosift, and publishing on DANDI. The content was drafted and reviewed in our internal repo; all external links were verified against the live NWB and DANDI documentation, and the DANDI section deliberately links to docs.dandiarchive.org per step instead of duplicating it.

Three routes:

• /guides/nwb-dandi-guide - the guide itself, as a guides-collection entry so it appears in the guides index.
• /nwb-dandi-guide - the canonical short URL used in outreach; a passthrough that preserves UTM query parameters.
• /book-intro - a site-owned scheduling redirect, so the booking destination is a one-line edit here and published content never changes.

Site builds clean (121 pages).
