Add a new "Splice Portfolio dApp UI" group under SDK and Tools > Development Tools, documenting the reference dApp wallet UI. Ten pages covering the overview, first-time setup, navigation, transfers, allocations, adding a registry, pre-approvals, the DevNet faucet, switching parties, and troubleshooting. Content is adapted from the Wallets 101 draft. Screenshots are stored under images/sdks-tools/splice-portfolio/. The Navigation page uses annotated (red arrow) variants of the dashboard and settings shots; other pages reference the un-annotated originals.
