The package now builds on 3.4.11 (kya-rails-mandate 1.1.1, 92/92 attack scripts, 28/42 choices). Updating the entry to match what the repository actually builds against rather than what it did when this PR was opened.
The receipt format is now installable: knowyouragenticai-receipts 1.0.0, MIT, zero dependencies, published 6 September 2026. An install command is a more useful link than a repository for anyone deciding whether to try it.

Adds KYA Rails under AI Tools. One insertion at the end of the array, no
existing entry touched.
A spending mandate for an AI agent where the limits are assertMsg fences in a
Daml choice body rather than application policy, and every attempt—including
the ones the ledger refused—is sealed into a hash chain that verifies in a
browser with nothing installed.
