What to build
A separate Android phone surface. Detect Android UA (or ?platform=android) and serve a Material 3 shell: top app bar, full-bleed list, 80dp navigation bar, pressed-state feedback. Do not reuse the iOS layout.
Acceptance criteria
- Android UA at
/getsdata-platform="android" - Top app bar + full-width role rows
- Bottom navigation 组织 / 指令 / 桌面 / 设置; touch targets ≥ 48px
- Huawei Android without HarmonyOS/ArkWeb stays on this surface
