feat(mobile-ios): iOS Human Interface phone shell #334

What to build
A separate iOS phone surface. Detect iPhone/iPad/iPod (or ?platform=ios) and serve an iOS-style shell: large title, inset grouped lists, 49pt tab bar, safe-area insets. Do not reuse the generic mobile layout.
Acceptance criteria
- iPhone/iPad UA at
/getsdata-platform="ios" - Inset grouped role list with chevrons; large title 组织
- Tab bar 组织 / 指令 / 桌面 / 设置; touch targets ≥ 44px
