Triage: blocked by the repository governance gate, not by this dependency

follow-redirects 1.16.0 → 1.16.1 is a patch bump and the diff is package-lock.json only (+3/−3). Dependency review, CodeQL, coverage, package-consumer, container and all distribution-* legs are green.
