Bug description:
THIS task mentions that the formula of "Redirected to another CSA / Suunatud teisele nõustajale" is 100 - ((more than one CSAs involved chats / Sum of total CSA chats) * 100) – this is not correct, it shows the opposite.

Expected behavior:
The formula of "Redirected to another CSA / Suunatud teisele nõustajale" should be more than one CSAs involved chats / Sum of total CSA chats * 100.
