This is another bookfold, but just of sheet music.
It added url args to the the website to omit undesired things.
Then it takes the pages, extracts the SVGs, and then builds a bookfold book with that.
It also involves changes to get this repo both Windows (#42) + agent w/ Playwright friendly. Not positive those are ready to merge, as this was a rush job for David.
Update 7/6: broke out #57 and #58 separately so that this change can be eventually broken down to just the music book parts.
