Add Eye.Art Polyphemus image-making MCP

Adds Eye.Art Polyphemus as an agent-enabling hosted MCP under Storage & Media. The entry describes generation, reference edits, webpage-matched visuals, SVG, context continuity, and job status. It links first-party documentation and the connector repository, and discloses the anonymous limit, up-to-30-day retention, and absence of uptime or independent benchmark claims.
