docs: archive stale docs and record the state before going public - #5

- backend/backend.md, backend/db-mysql/MIGRATION_GUIDE.md and two loose notes move to docs/_archive (ignored, owner's machine only). - backend/README.md and frontend/README.md become short guides that point to docs/; the long versions are archived. - db-mysql README, AGENTS, INDEX and MIGRATIONS_POLICY point to pnpm setup:local instead of the guide or a manual MASTER_INSTALL.sql. - ADR-040 lists what was archived and the commit to recover it. Why: the repo goes public; these said the backend was private, listed Next 14 / React 18, described the retired demo whitelist, and told readers to install in a way that fails on a clean MySQL.
…public - ROADMAP: phase 5 closed; phase 4 only lacks the visibility change, with the result of checking every backend/.env value against all 662 commits. - SESSION: current state and next steps (go public, then archive the publication docs per ADR-040). - TODO: drop the demo entry (done) and fix the last merge reference. Why: the docs still said the demo was only in preview and pointed to a PR from the old repository.
