Re-rolls the canonical
front-desk-add.yml. The Front Desk door moved to the cf-token-broker (prx-26bq): the job proves its identity with GitHub Actions OIDC and exchanges it for a short-lived installation token, so there is no App private key in this repo. This copy was still gating onvars.FRONT_DESK_CLIENT_ID, a variable the org deleted when the door moved — so it has been skipping the add on every issue and PR, and the central sweep alone has been keeping the board current (bounded-systems/.github-private#255, #261). The credentialed steps are now gated onvars.CF_BROKER_URLand still fail open: until that org variable is set theaddcheck passes (skipped) instead of reddening every PR, with the sweep as the backstop.
