chore: remove obsolete workspace files

Summary

• Remove unused detector, planner, calibration, and smoke-test scripts plus dead helpers.
• Delete unreferenced configs, meshes, and the empty ROS repository manifest; remove stale callers.
• Prune redundant ROS dependencies, rename the CMS task with a .json extension, and correct stale documentation.

Why

The workspace retained obsolete artifacts with no tracked callers and stale references. This removes 3,568 lines and about 7 MiB while preserving active runtime paths and the declared apply_dark_theme compatibility API.

Impact

No active runtime behavior should change. Removed manual utilities remain available through Git history.

Validation

• ruff check --no-cache --output-format concise .
• git diff --check
• XML, JSON, Markdown-link, and deleted-reference checks
• Targeted ROS package builds for interfaces, Beambot, and orchestrator packages
• Focused base-stage tests: 24 passed
• Broader suite: 355 passed; two unrelated existing failures remain, followed by the existing offscreen Qt teardown crash
