…forked stamper CI runs BMAD-METHOD's Action pinned to a commit SHA, and releases stamp with the stamper that ships in BMAD-METHOD's bmad skill at that SHA. The forked tools/stamp_release.py and the test:bmod script are removed.

CIS stops carrying its own copy of the bmod checks and uses the shared ones from BMAD-METHOD (bmad-code-org/BMAD-METHOD#2996).
Changes
bmodCI job runs BMAD-METHOD's composite Action, pinned to a commit SHA. It replaces the full clone of BMAD-METHOD@dev and the local stamper check.tools/stamp_release.py. Its generic rules and--checkmode are now in the shared stamper and validator.npm testdropstest:bmod. The CI job is the gate.tools/release.mdstamps with the shared stamper from a temporary BMAD-METHOD clone at the pinned SHA, so the release and CI apply the same checks. Before merge
The pin points at the #2996 branch commit. Once #2996 merges, move the pin to the merge commit on BMAD-METHOD
dev. After 6.13.0 is tagged, pin to a release commit.Testing
