The design-system audit stopped CI because code block actions and sealed selection context added five raw pixel spacing declarations beyond the existing allowance. These declarations now use the shared spacing tokens. Token arithmetic preserves the current rendered spacing, and the audit baseline is unchanged.
Validation: design-system audit, typecheck, and production build pass. The full existing test suite passes 967 tests with the previously identified macOS-only turn-intervention browser-test failure; that test is skipped by the Linux CI check. No unit or integration test files were added.
