beacon.js appears to prevent blazorblueprintui.com loading

blazorblueprintui.com appears to be calling a tracking provider beacon.js when attempting to load the site. Networks that block trackers and js sources that are widely known tracking scripts prevent the website from loading properly and the default Blazor red error footer is displayed. Cookie consent is not requested either before this is attempted to be loaded.

Closing this as that error was a red herring, the website was caching a file into the chrome cache so the whole cache needed to be deleted in order to load the site.
