Windows App Does Not Remember Settings

Each time the Windows BirdNET Analyzer is closed and reopened, it forgets all changes to settings on the Single analysis page.

• Generate spectogram checkbox
• Inference settings
• Species selection
• Model selection
  I shouldn't need to change these every time I use the program.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
For the GUI:

1. Change any setting on the Single analysis page
2. Close the GUI
3. Reopen the GUI
4. Setting is back to default

Expected behavior
Setting changes should persist after the app is closed and reopened.
