Adds a Spanish (Latin American, formal "usted") translation, as discussed in #7352.

Companion PRs: biolab/orange-widget-base#300 and biolab/orange-canvas-core#353.

Changes

• i18n/es/msgs.jaml: collected with trubar collect -s Orange against current master. Entries marked false in si/msgs.jaml are also false here; there are no null entries.
• i18n/trubar-config.yaml: registers es (Español / Spanish).
• i18n/README.md: mentions Spanish.

Conventions

• Widget names, category names and algorithm names stay in English, so they match the documentation and the tutorials.
• Search keywords keep the English terms and add the Spanish ones, as in Slovenian.

Not included

• No es/static example workflows and no es/tests-msgs.jaml. As far as I can see, they are used only by the single-language build in trans1.sh, and si/tests-msgs.jaml has only null entries. I'm happy to add them if you want them.

Checks

• The CI check, run for es (trubar collect + merge + missing), reports no missing or obsolete messages.
• trubar translate builds without errors, and the translated sources compile.
• An automated check of every string: placeholders, HTML, accelerators (&), line breaks, and f-strings that compile with the same variables. No issues.
• The 3.40.0 version of this translation was installed and used with all widgets.
