Wires the Community Fridges UI to real map coordinates. The index page gains a Leaflet map with pins for every fridge that has coordinates, an Address column in the table, and a
LiveLocationfield in the form for setting/editing a fridge's location. The data layer is refactored to usecast_assocfor nested location params (replacing the barelocation_idforeign key), and all context functions now preload:location.Checklist before requesting a review
