Pin bump for release v2026.10.20: marketplace ref, README and AGENTS.md pins, CHANGELOG (heyGRC cross-promotion #7, SEO gate CI step #6). The stale Unreleased lines duplicated v2026.10.19.2 bullets and are folded into that release. Validator ok, tools 147/147, site 45/45 after build.
