Document how a reader/player should select Flows given a Source ID #197
Description
Context
In the course of #188 it has come up that one purpose of role is to figure out which Sources from a multi-essence Source should be selected by a player.
Similarly discussions around building TAMS players, or plugins to existing players, have thrown up some confusion over how to select from multiple Flows of a given Source.
Actions
Write a Application Note defining an algorithm that a player could apply to handle this

Blocked by #188 because the changes to
roleand possible changes to how container/channel mappings are handled will change how the algorithm works.Also blocked by #173 for new collection handling
