Re-encode the Twitter card image as a standard JPEG - #204

The ffmpeg-encoded card image used 1x2 sampling on every component and optimized Huffman tables. Re-save it as a baseline 4:2:0 JPEG, matching the image X rendered before, and version its URL so X refetches it.

The X card for Shader Lab hasn't shown the new image since the V3 launch deploy. The site serves correct tags and a valid image, so the likely cause is X's ~7-day card cache, which still points at the deleted `/twitter-image.jpg`.
The one real anomaly on our side: the ffmpeg-encoded `opengraph-image.jpg` used 1x2 sampling on every component plus optimized Huffman tables. This re-saves it as a baseline 4:2:0 JPEG (same structure as the image X rendered before, visually identical, 123 KB) and adds `?v=2` to the `twitter:image` URL so X refetches it.
To check on X: share `https://eng.basement.studio/tools/shader-lab?v=3\`. A new URL skips the card cache.
