Motivation

Show configured block gas capacity and independent benchmark evidence on Scaling. Implement visual option #6: latest results, then all targets.

Changes

• Show the block gas limit using the 200ms block interval.
• Highlight the latest eligible Glamsterdam mix and Main mix jobs independently by creation time, with measured Mgas/s, target, successful TPS, and job links.
• Retain complete side-by-side workload/target inventories below the cards; separate actual Mgas/s and successful TPS columns. Stack cards and inventories on mobile, with horizontally scrollable tables.
• Preserve source setup, loading, error, empty and partial-error states. No job matching, extrapolation, or calculated performance gaps.

Triaged the non-blocking E2E failure on b9d744b. It is unrelated to this PR: the test web server reports missing R2 configuration for mainnet/sepolia/zeronet, and the remaining failures are in existing Vibenet explorer E2E tests (no live block rows, plus a flaky bounding-box assertion). This PR changes no workflow, E2E, snapshot, or Vibenet files; unit tests, typecheck, lint, and public build pass. I did not alter unrelated code or rerun again because the failure is environmental and reproduced on the prior attempt too.
