…needed. In IndependentJointDistribution, we prefer to avoid uses of squeeze, reshape, etc so that the class will raise errors if univariate distributions are not returning arrays of the expected shapes.
No idea yet if this is correct.
Don't force distribution developers to provide marginal PDFs since that might be very hard and at the moment they are just used to provide an extra layer of visual confirmation of correct sampling.
Document calibrator and emulator with their shortened names. This makes the docs more useful and less confusing. It also ensures the texts `surmise.calibrator` links to the actual rendered inline docs.
