• According to Official Releases Update details in V1.0 for release #250
  • Update README version number and year in citation bibentry.
  • Update CHANGELOG with the most recent release notes.
  • Review BAND SDK for any necessary changes.
• Python version support (3.11 - 3.14)
• Oldest Numpy and Scipy versions (numpy==1.23.2, scipy==1.9.2)
• Newest Numpy and Scipy versions (numpy==2.5.3, scipy==1.18.1)
• Current Cython version (cython==3.2.4, built with numpy==2.3.2)
• All tox tasks run successfully both locally and on Github actions.
• Verify wheels built from action
  • Version number
  • dll dependencies
  • Publish on TestPyPI manually for testing Patches based on review of docs on Test PyPI #252
  • Publish on PyPI manually (As a note, maintainer may add API tokens)
• Release on Github
• Verify pip install versioning
  • surmise.test() passed
