Why
NOOA custom tools reject valid validation aliases, and a failed room-agent constructor consumes bootstrap history before any agent receives it.
What
Add scripted-runtime regressions for both defects, with passing controls. Characterize owned-resource cleanup and distinguish unscoped thought-send cancellation from the production scope guard.
Scope
Tests, shared test helpers, and a validation record only; no production SDK changes. This is a draft reproduction PR with intentionally failing regressions. Validation evidence and failure ledger.
