Summary

Milestone 3. Depends on #108.

  • Read APIs, all computed strictly inside the caller's authorized scope (requested repository IDs outside the scope are silently dropped, never revealed): GET /v1/supply-chain/overview (every count names its denominator; no compliance percentages), /components (unique coordinates, keyset pagination, cursor bound to the filter set), /facets, /components/{key} (authorized occurrences only), /exports/{id}/components.csv (provenance columns; cells starting with = + - @ | % or control characters are apostrophe-prefixed), /compare (component changes by coordinate, declared-license changes, resolved-edge deltas, and document-metadata changes reported separately; cross-producer comparisons flagged).
  • UI – Overview, Components (facet filters, cursor reset on filter change, occurrence detail handing off to the evidence panel), CSV download, and snapshot comparison; views and filters addressable in the hash.

Verification

Integration test against PostgreSQL: cross-repository authorization on counts/facets/pages/detail/export/compare across two installations, stable pagination across three pages, cursor reuse across filters rejected, literal % search, CSV formula neutralization, snapshot comparison with a foreign snapshot ID refused. DOM/contract tests and screenshots for the UI. make openapi-check passes.

Implications

No migrations. Exports are bounded (413 beyond the limit).

Part of the Dependencies & Licenses stack (native GitHub stack #114, ten layers, main ← #104 ← #105 ← #106 ← #107 ← #108 ← #109 ← #110 ← #111 ← #112 ← #113). Design: ADR-0017; living plan with the full validation table: docs/execplans/supply-chain.md. All commits are SSH-signed. Nothing here calls a live GitHub Enterprise Server or a live package registry; GitHub and registry behavior is exercised against fixtures and fake servers only.

…omparison APIs

Add cross-repository read APIs computed strictly inside the caller's
authorized scope: an overview whose every count names its denominator,
keyset-paginated unique coordinates with ecosystem/search/license/
assessment filters and filter-bound cursors, bounded facets, a
coordinate detail listing authorized occurrences, a CSV export of one
snapshot with provenance columns and formula neutralization, and a
snapshot comparison that separates component, declared-license, and edge
changes from document metadata changes. Design the routes in OpenAPI and
prove authorization, pagination, and CSV safety against PostgreSQL.

Add Overview (every count with its named denominator, no percentages),
Components (facet filters, server pagination with filter-bound cursors,
cross-repository occurrence detail handing off to the evidence panel),
CSV download, and snapshot comparison to the embedded inventory page.
Views and filters are addressable in the hash; DOM, contract, and
screenshot fixtures follow the API enums, and both themes are captured.
